* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

* Please contact us within 1 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Returns

You can NOT Return anything from ''Cosmetics'' shop. If you bought an item from our Ella's Clothing shop we gladly accept returns within 7 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
Please contact our customer service or mail us beautiesella@gmail.com to begin your return process. Provide us with the reason of return and pictures to speed up the process.
You will not get your full refund a part of your refund will be used for the return label.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?

1. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

2. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

How will I get my refund？

Your request will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment account, as per your request.

Note: The original shipping fee and shipping guarantee are non-refundable.
